I’m always making lists: in my head: on little pieces of paper you can find everywhere in my vicinity; verbally with friends. It sometimes become an issue because I feel like people get annoyed by it: ‘Oh, look, MTM has a few more drinks in him and surprise, surprise! He wants to play the Top 5 Game again.’ I’m sorry in advance, but don’t expect it to stop. It’s just how my mind works.
This list came out of boredom one day: sitting around, watching Netflix, and remembering musical memories. While I like the idea of ‘guilty pleasures,’ I don’t entirely agree with it. If you like/liked a band at some point in your life, you shouldn’t be ashamed. You obviously cherished it at one point in your life and that’s a good thing: even if the general public will make fun of you for it in this day and age. Example? Bobby Brown and T-Pain? Fucking love’em!
25 Albums That Changed My Life (In No Particular Order): these albums meant something to me at a time when I needed music to mean something. No shame whatsoever. I guarantee my next 25 will contain Boyz II Men, Michael Jackson, and Kris Kross.
